We specialize in all machining aspects of cylinder heads and blocks including: flat/angle milling, bore/hone with torque plates, competition valve jobs, competition hand porting on both heads and intake manifolds, Superflow flowbench testing, and assembly of engines from street high performance to all out competition.

All services are priced per job.

Cylinder Head Porting
Import and Domestic cylinder heads. Intake and exhaust port work, combustion chamber shaping and polishing. Custom porting for each application.

Intake Manifold Porting
Custom plenum design, port matching.
All intake manifold porting is priced per job due to so many variances in design and "as cast" conditions.

Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacers
Available for all 4 cylinder applications. Users see on average 2-3 horsepower at the wheels (FWD cars). The phenolic material has a laminate and can handle 300 degrees F. It helps cool the incoming air/fuel mixture, which makes for a cooler/denser charge and a better burn. It also extends the length of the runner 3/4" for a more consistent cross-section.
